Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the QUAYVIA website available at https://quayvia.eu.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Inero Software sp. z o.o., ul. Trzy Lipy 3, 80-172 Gdańsk, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0000704853, NIP 5833272707, REGON 368800280.

Data we process
When you contact us, we may process the information you provide, including your name, work email address, organisation, port name and the content of your message. The sandbox request form opens your email application and does not send the form data to the website automatically.
The hosting infrastructure may also process technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
- responding to enquiries and taking steps requested before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- maintaining the security and correct operation of the website and defending against claims — the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- meeting legal obligations, where applicable — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be processed by hosting, email and IT service providers acting for the controller. The website is delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer must rely on a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for the period necessary to answer the enquiry, manage the resulting relationship and establish or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained for periods determined by security needs and the settings of the infrastructure provider.
Cookies and external resources
The QUAYVIA website does not currently use non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. It may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and protect the website. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause the user’s browser to connect to Google’s servers.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without information needed to handle the request we may be unable to respond or prepare access to a sandbox.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, its service providers or the applicable legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
