A practical vessel-call workflow
QUAYVIA
How QUAYVIA works
QUAYVIA connects the steps that smaller port teams already perform, without asking them to design a process from scratch.
Request a sandbox1. Notice of Arrival
A shipping agent, ship admin or port employee creates a Notice of Arrival. Vessel data can be imported from VesselFinder and then checked by the user.
2. Review and confirmation
The Port Coordinator reviews the submitted entry, confirms it or rejects it with a comment, and assigns the quay and bollard range.
3. Services, schedule and estimated dues
Cargo details, documents and requested services stay with the vessel call. Configured shipping, commodity and service charges provide estimated settlement data.
4. AIS events and verification
AIS arrival and departure events can update the matching NoA. If no matching confirmed NoA exists, QUAYVIA can create an Auto Draft for port staff to review.
5. Completion and export
After departure, the coordinator verifies the data. The controller can export invoice data and selected vessel-call fields to Excel before completing the record.
